Estate Access & House Rules
Zimbali Estate enforces strict security protocols for the safety of all residents and guests:

• All staying guests must be pre-registered with the Zimbali Estate Management Association (ZEMA) via ID/passport submission ahead of arrival
• Adult guests complete biometric (fingerprint) enrolment at the Zimbali Welcome Centre on arrival, using their ID/passport and VMS access code
• Uber, private taxis, and external deliveries are not permitted inside the estate; all pick-ups, drop-offs, and takeaway collections take place at the main gate

It is the guest's responsibility to ensure they have read and understood ZEMA's rules and regulations, as well as the estate's code of conduct, before making a booking.
